Cabeza Grossa
Display typeface developed in collaboration with our type design division, AKOFAType.
With hints to mid-century modernism and not-too-subtle references to the pop and mod movements, this typeface has enough “cred” to really hold its own. However, during our development of Cabeza Grossa, we also became aware of a certain wanderlust that this typeface can evoke.
This unintended design benefit makes Cabeza Grossa as at home on the hand painted billboards in West Africa as it would be in a jazz café logo in Munich or even on the side of a taxi speeding through São Paulo.
Additionally, with the power of OpenType, you are only a click away from unlocking unique characters of certain glyphs to give you more design versatility for your next project; be it a book cover, wedding invitation, boutique hangtag or storefront signage.
