A complete departure from the standard page filled with boxy formatted menus of the early 2000's, the design of the DelAware site broke convention and helped give a brighter and clearer face to the state funded joint venture between the Delaware Division of Libraries, The Delaware Public Libraries and the Delaware Technical and Community College.
