Okay let's be honest, we knew during development that the snowflake has a pretty limited lifespan in the current designer's toolkit.
You know...generic holiday season promos, office party potluck flyers, ski resort brochures, Severe Weather Team Snowmageddon forecasts and the after-Halloween-forget-Thanksgiving-pre-Christmas-on-fire-doorbusting-everything-must-go-riot-inducing-extravaganza sales.
But our thought was that a snowflake can look better than your average sad mutated asterisk that is pretty prevalent in the design landscape as well as have the ability to [Fancy Word Alert!] transcend the limited design shelf-life of two to six months out of the year. But don't worry, you will still be able to use them for that yearly "Christmas in July" sales flyer that your client will need ASAP.
